These Payment and Billing Terms govern the payment process for orders placed on Cozy Residence across all our markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, Spain, Italy, and France.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer the following secure payment methods:

2. Payment Processing
- Payment is due immediately upon completion of your order.
- Orders are processed and shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
- If a payment fails or is cancelled, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry with a different payment method or contact us for assistance.

Prices are automatically displayed in the currency of your delivery country:

4. Taxes & Duties
EU countries (Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy):
All prices include VAT at the applicable rate. No additional charges apply upon delivery.
Switzerland:
All prices include Swiss VAT as well as all applicable customs and import duties. No additional charges apply upon delivery.
United Kingdom:
All applicable duties and taxes are included in the price. No additional charges apply upon delivery.
United States:
All applicable sales taxes are included in the displayed price. No additional charges apply upon delivery.
Canada:
All applicable taxes and import duties are included in the price. No additional charges apply upon delivery.
Australia:
All prices include GST and any applicable import duties. No additional charges apply upon delivery.
Japan:
All applicable consumption tax and import duties are included in the price. No additional charges apply upon delivery.
5. Secure Payment Processing
- Cozy Residence uses SSL encryption and certified payment providers to protect your payment data.
- We do not store your credit card or payment details.
6. Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds are issued in the original currency (EUR, GBP, USD, CHF, CAD, AUD, or JPY).
- In the event of payment issues, please contact our customer service before initiating a chargeback.
7. Invoices
Need an invoice for your order? Please send us an email with your order number and we will provide your invoice promptly.
8. Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers, we reserve the right to review, cancel, or temporarily hold orders where fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.
